Refund Policy

AtoZ Optimization packages are one-time services that involve customized research and analysis. Because each report is prepared specifically for the ASINs and information you provide, refunds are handled as described below.

Before Work Begins

If you request a refund before we have begun preparing your analysis, we will review your request and may issue a refund at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase.

After Work Has Begun

Once analysis work has started on your order, refunds are generally not available because the service has already been performed. If you have concerns about your completed report, contact us and we will review your concern and determine whether a partial refund or revised deliverable is appropriate.

Monthly Add-Ons

Monthly add-on services, such as rank tracking or ongoing optimization support, can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Payments already made for a current billing period are non-refundable.
